My Story
I’ve always had a passion for training and developing my own physique which has allowed me build up my knowledge & skills and gave me the confidence to switch career from sales to fitness when I was 25.
my mission is to help people lose weight, boost their self confidence and feel healthier and happier in their own skin.
I love helping others improve their health & fitness and achieve results that they didn’t think were possible.
I’ve been where you are and where you want to be.
In my early 20’s I was overweight and felt unfit. My diet consisted of too many takeaways, I drank too much and I felt stuck in a rut.
Its then that I discovered my love for the gym - I spent the next 6 months training hard and lost all the weight that was bothering me at the time.
I’ve never looked back and love working with clients to help them achieve their goals.
I've experienced highs and lows throughout my fitness journey - but I haven't regretted a thing, and I continue to push myself to new levels with every workout i do!
