PErsonal training or online coaching?

Both options are suitable for any goal and both can deliver amazing results. Personal training is a better option if you would like extra help and guidance in the gym. Online coaching offers you everything you need to achieve your goals and is a more affordable option.

How long will it take me to reach my goal?

Each person is different and the size of your goal can vary so it’s impossible to give you a definite answer. I recommend clients sign up to at least 3 months initially as its an ideal amount of time to implement some changes and see a substantial difference in weight and body shape. Most of my client results take place over 3-4 months.

where do your pt sessions take place?

All of the PT sessions take place at The Gym Group Glasgow South, 501 Cathcart Road, Glasgow G42 8SG. You need to be a member of the gym to partake in the sessions, you can join on The Gym Group website and membership prices start at £13.99 per month.

I’ve never trained before, is getting a coach not for me?

All of my plans are tailored and specific to your fitness level, experience and goals. So whether you’re brand new to training or consider yourself to be an expert in the gym then I will have a plan for you and can help you achieve your goals. My training plans are progressive to take you from where you’re at now, to the next level.

do you offer buddy/group PT packages?

Yes. I offer 1-1, 2-1 and small group personal training of up to 4 people. Prices vary depending on number of people and their goals. Buddy/Group PT is great for motivation and is also a more affordable way to train with a PT as monthly costs are normally less.

I’M a very fussy eater, will your diet plan work for me?

My nutrition advice is bespoke and specific to you. My diet method is a flexible IIFYM (if it fits your macros) method which allows you to eat the food you enjoy and still lose weight and change your body shape. This method is easy to follow and suitable for anyone as you still get to pick the food you eat.
