I started with David earlier in the year. I’d had success with slimming world in the past but struggled to keep the weight off long term. I didn’t think having a PT was something for me as my fitness levels were really quite low but David was amazing. Within 8 weeks I’m loving it and I’ve already lost 10kg which I’m over the moon with. Davids on hand 24/7 for help or even for that wee push (kick up the backside!) when you need it.
I have been training with David for about 7 years. During this I got told I had arthritis and spent several months in hospital recovering. Once I was released I got back to the gym and David made the process a lot easier and made me feel reassured and safe to return. Even though I’m still unable to do certain exercises I'd say I'm now fitter than ever thanks to David.
I used to feel really low in energy and exhausted all the time, running on empty and grabbing chocolate and biscuits for energy. Once I finished the plan with David I had so much more energy, was feeling good, motivated and looking a lot better. I loved the plan, I felt like I had a goal and the accountability helped keep me on track too! I lost 10kg in the 8 weeks so was amazed at the results!
During lockdown I put on some weight but decided enough was enough and got in touch with David to do online coaching. David helped motivate me and believed in me every step of the way, he taught me how to lose weight while still eating the foods I enjoy. In 8 weeks I lost 7kg and feel much better. I’m now on my way to reaching my goals and improving my healthy and fitness with solid coaching from David.
Before I started with David my diet was all over the place and I hadn't trained for years, I had put on a lot of weight and was feeling tired all the time. I now have a much better relationship with food and training, while still enjoying my nights out and my beers. I've lost more than 20kgs and feel much healthier, fitter and stronger.
